DAVIS, Rose Wright

Mrs. Rose Wright Davis, 74, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Murray Sutton, Buffalo, N. Y. Sunday morning, after an illness of several years.
Mrs. Davis was born April 5, 1876, the daughter of Jackson and Martha Ann Thomas Lewis. She was married to Martin Wright and they made their home in Kingman many years. She was later married to Charles Davis and they resided in Crawfordsville.
Surviving are the daughter, one granddaughter, Patti Sutton; two brothers, John Lewis and Thomas Lewis of Kingman; one stepdaughter; and one stepson; several nieces and nephews.
The body was brought to Kingman Tuesday and funeral services were held at the Methodist Church at 2:30 Wednesday. Burial was in Harveysburg Cemetery. – thanks to S&E
